* Collate weekly progress reports from site and project managers and circulate.
Principle Accountabilities - General:
* Provide general administrative support to the project management teams and construction division.
* Maintain, review and update suitable filing systems.
* Assist in upkeep of company?s ISO9000 and 14001 procedural systems relevant to the divisional requirements and responsibilities.
* Collate holiday requests for approval by senior project managers, inform H.R once approved and update holiday calendar.
* Arrange training courses as instructed and monitor training schedule.

Hours of work will be 08:00 - 17:00

Purpose:
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Full Time Office based enquiry generation for our modular hire division.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Business development and telemarketing against an agreed client sector growth plan in order to promote the companies modular hire products.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; To ensure customer database is continually updated and focused telemarketing campaigns are conducted with the objectives of securing increased year on year profitable business to a specific target.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Process any leads or enquiries in terms of adding them to company database and/or contacting them to ascertain suitability for us to do business with.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Supporting area sales team and arranging meetings with clients and prospects.

Essential Experience, Qualifications &amp; Training:

&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Previous experience in a telesales and/or business development environment
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; GCSE Maths &amp; English minimum
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; IT literacy of Microsoft suite of packages including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, 
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Knowledge of contact management software desirable

Desirable Experience:

&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; General product knowledge of modular &amp; relocatable buildings desirable

Principle Accountabilities:

&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Completion of specific Telemarketing Campaigns as directed
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Supporting a team of area sales managers in hire division
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Arranging meetings for area sales managers
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; To meet specific targets for business won
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; To make a minimum of 1000 calls per month maintaining a 1.5% success rate 
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Undertake mailings and email of brochures as applicable.
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Assistance with pro-active calling prospects from on-line Tender sites
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Assisting with the professional handling of incoming enquiries from an 0800 number including the routing cabin and modular sale enquiries
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Process any leads or enquiries in terms of adding them to company database and/or contacting them to ascertain suitability for us to do business with
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; To be guided by Team Leader on prioritisation of workload for forthcoming week
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Maintain a professional attitude at all times when speaking to prospects and colleagues
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/br&gt; Actively follow formal processes put into place as part of ISO9001
